Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, clean and in original condition, with all included accessories and original packaging. Costumes must be unworn apart from a careful fit check; toys must not have been used for play or filled with food.

Email support@valethelabel.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to the address printed on a parcel unless we have confirmed it.

Sizing and exchanges

Use the size chart for the exact outfit before ordering; size labels differ between costumes. Contact us if you need another size. Exchanges depend on availability. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind and size-choice returns.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with a description and, where possible, photos. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover return shipping when we require a return for these issues. These cases are not restricted by the unused-item condition for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Any shorter deadline required by law applies.

For discounted items and duo orders, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after the discount allocation shown on the order. We do not refund its undiscounted list price.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
