Refund policy

At VALÉ, we stand behind every piece. If you're not in love with your order, you may return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — our 30-day happiness guarantee. To start a return, contact us with your order number; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover it 100% — send a photo and we'll make it right.
