VALÉ operates this storefront. Questions about products, orders or these terms can be sent to support@valethelabel.com. These terms apply to purchases and use of our store alongside our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy policies.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. The product, selected variant, quantity, discounts and applicable charges are shown before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled item that is cancelled. We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.
Products and sizing
Package contents are described on each product page. Costume sizing varies by design; measure your dog using the relevant chart. Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colors. Promotional scenes may be stylized; refer to the product description and package contents for what is sold.
Costumes and toys are intended for supervised pet use. Check fit and condition, remove items if damaged or if your pet appears uncomfortable, and follow the supplied product instructions. Decorative costume props are not separate chew toys.
Prices and offers
Prices depend on the selected size and variant. Unless an offer states otherwise, the costume duo deducts $14.99 once per order containing at least two eligible costume units. Toys are optional purchases and do not qualify toward that minimum. Additional costumes are charged at their individual prices, with only the stated once-per-order discount. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping and Return and Refund policies form part of these purchase terms. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. A change may not be possible after fulfillment begins; applicable cancellation and return rights still apply.
Website content and privacy
Store content is owned by VALÉ or used with permission from its respective owners. Do not reproduce content without the appropriate permission. Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy policy.
Changes and consumer rights
We may update store information and these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Internal review note, not policy copy: this is an operational draft, not a jurisdiction-specific legal review. Confirm merchant identity/contact details and any additional disclosures required for the countries sold to. No business address or governing jurisdiction has been invented.
Privacy
Retain the existing Shopify-generated privacy policy rather than pasting its raw API template. Its public page renders correctly. Shopify supports automated privacy updates; confirm those settings and any actual marketing/data-sharing configuration when preparing the paid-media launch. This pass did not audit tracking behavior or establish that automatic policy updates are enabled.
