Shipping is always free at VALÉ. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because each piece is individually quality-checked before it ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll take care of you.
